Whiten your teeth at home and improve your personality :)

Teeth are one of the most important parts of your face and they reflect the eating habits of you . They can make or destroy your personality altogether.  the health of your teeth comes in the basics. No person can live without smiling or laughing. But, to smile confidently, talk impressively, you need to make some efforts. No one really likes yellowed teeth. That is why, so many teeth whitening treatments are in the market and they do sell. But, before you start paying so much on them, try some home remedies first.



The first one is, definitely, Baking Soda. It is good for removing stains made by coffee, tea. Wet your toothbrush and dip it in the baking soda and brush with it.  brush for 1-2 minutes. And, leave it on for 5 minutes. Do not rinse. Now, apply your regular toothpaste on the toothbrush and brush your teeth for 2 minutes. Rinse your mouth well. Follow this routine 2 times a week. Do not use it on your teeth too often.

Second way is Strawberries. Yes, rub strawberries on your teeth and see the difference. The citric acid in the fruits cleanses your teeth and makes them white.
Same effect can be achieved by all citric acid rich foods. Lemon juice can be used as mouth wash sometimes as it removes bad breath. And, helps in cleansing your teeth. But, the acid make sure you do not use it more than once a month.

Third way which is worked really well for me, but it may take a couple days for you to see the results. Take a banana peel (yes a banana peel) cut a small piece of it and rub the white inside part on your teeth. Leave it on for 15 minutes. The minerals inside the peel such as potassium and bromine will naturally whiten your teeth without chemical damage.

Finally always Wash your mouth thoroughly well after every meal with warm (NOT HOT) water. 
And don't forget to brush your teeth twice per day.

Water is life.  It's the natural regulator of all physiological functions. <3 ..
I really love water ..  All of us know that water has many benefits for our health and body. But today I will show you how water can make us more and more beautiful :)



1- Makes You Look Younger !
You can look younger just by keeping your skin hydrated. Water helps keep Skin looking good.
Water naturally plumps skin, fills in fine lines and wrinkles, and boosts a lackluster complexion." He recommends drinking lots of water
you must drink 8-11  glasses of water a day. It will really change your look.

2- Helps your hair to grow healthy !
Yep, drinking water is essential to your hair. When it comes to the health of your hair; drinking water is one of the best options for growing hair and maintaining its health. So drink more water. Your hair will thank you later, as you will see a visible difference in the health of your hair. 

3-Smooths and gives you Silky skin !
There's nothing like a warm bath to melt away stress. But it will be better to add bath oil  It will attract water to your skin and make it smooth and silky,you will get healthy hydration. after your soak, gently pat yourself dry and immediately apply a body lotion and enjoy your silky body.
 

4- Helps You Lose Weight !
Trying to lose weight? Drink more water. Drink 2 glasses of water before each meal and before each snack to suppress your appetite by making you feel fuller. 

5- Helps to Shrink Pores !
Before applying makeup, splash your face with cold water (I've sworn up and down before about the benefits of Ice Cubes before and after applying make up). This simple trick shrinks pores naturally, making foundation look and stay smoother.

Tips to apply Quick and Easy Morning Makeup !

Hi Sweets !

Every girl wants to save her time when doing Makeup. because we don't have so much time in the morning to be ready ! For me, makeup takes the longest to do :( ..  But recently I've changed little bit of the routine. 


Simple everyday makeup will give you a fresh, confident look. Well, here are some tips to help you speed up your makeup routine. 


  • First of all, make sure your skin is clean. now you can cover up any noticeable blemishes. I love stick concealer because you just click it and apply on the area needed.
  • Apply foundation or powder. Powder is less damaging for your skin. Don't apply too much, just little bit.
  • Some people prefer to use blusher, while others don't ! I love to make it light, natural pink shade. use a big fluffy brush so you get more color on in less time.
  • Before applying the eye makeup, just swipe your wand on a clean tissue.
  • I don't like to wear shadow in the morning, liner and mascara, or only mascara. Choose what you like, and stick with it.  Also,If you like to apply eye-shadow, wet your brush beforehand so the color is more intense.
  • Curl your lashes by the tool and apply mascara. 
  • Apply a natural lip color .I like to apply Foundation on my lips before applying the lip color  Sometimes I use lip balm before gloss or lipstick to make sure that my lips don't dry out.
  • Finished :).

       - Less is more. Don't overdo your makeup
       - Wash off all makeup before bed. You can use makeup remover, cleanser or baby  shampoo for this. I am using Coconut oil sometimes to remove makeup :D
