Our hair is one of those features we spend most time on.. Additionally, we must be  very conscious about pampering our hair to maintain its health and shine.
Much of the foods that we eat are in fact excellent food for our hair too. So today I will tell you some of the many foods that your hair would just love to eat up:




  • EGG


- eggs are  a rich source of protein. If rubbed into the hair and scalp gently, a raw egg strengthens your locks and lifts up the cuticles to give them an instant oomph.
Eggs also are very effective for hydrating and repairing damaged hair. The protein provided by the egg helps to make your hair stronger, thicker and healthier.  Eggs can be used to strengthen the hair follicles because of its high protein content. Specially If you are experiencing breakage so protein treatment is a sure remedy.
- Combine two eggs with two tablespoons of  olive oil and work the mixture through the strands. Leave for 30 minutes and rinse with cold water. This will give your hair a boost of strength and will prevent your hair from giving you a raw deal.


  • HONEY


- Honey is really amazing for hair health.
- Add a teaspoon of honey and a teaspoon of your favorite oil to your conditioner and allow it to penetrate your hair for 30 minutes. Rinse thoroughly, see the softness and sheen that that is well needed. You will bee happy.


  • Coconut Oil


- When it comes to hair care, the benefits of Coconut Oil are just innumerable. It deep conditions your hair and provides it sufficient nourishment. In addition, it also work to repair damaged hair and prevent dandruff. And it helps to make your hair grow.
- Apply the coconut oil directly onto your scalp and Massage your hair from hair roots to the end. Leave on overnight (cover your head with a cap or towel. Then Shampoo and rinse well in the morning.


  • MAYONNAISE


Mayonnaise is another magic ingredient for you hair. Infused with the goodness of eggs and other nourishing ingredients, mayonnaise makes your hair healthy, shiny and strong if used regularly. 
- Apply amount of Mayonnaise on your scalp and hair. leave it for at least 30 mins. then wash it out well.
